9. Payment Terms

Nothing on this website is a price offer. Fees for services, billing schedules, payment due dates, accepted payment methods, refund terms, and late payment provisions are set out in each signed service agreement or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google and Meta is separate from, and in addition to, Pixel Bridge LLC service fees, and is billed by the platforms directly to the client's payment method.

All marketing and advertising services provided by Pixel Bridge LLC are governed exclusively by a written service agreement signed by both parties, which defines the scope of work, fees, term, termination rights, and each party's obligations.
